Spring is in the air

It is officially spring here in Charlottesville.  The sun has been shining and the flowers and trees are blooming.  It is amazing what a few extra hours of sunshine will do to your spirit.  It feels so good to get home from work and still be able to take a walk and not have to be bundled up.  This past weekend we visited some friends, their baby was being blessed at church on Sunday.  It was so great to see them and we enjoyed visiting some of our old stamping grounds (aka, where we went to college)

I just  bought my first peplum top (then two seconds after I tried it on, I went and bought three more)  I always thought they would make my hips look huge... NOPE, I love them.  They feel ultra feminine.

Also, can we talk about white jeans for a minute?  Old Navy makes a fabric that essentially doesn't get dirty!!??  Which means I don't have to swear them off when I am going to go eat at Chick-fil-a or do anything outside.  woohoo!
